Steven Alton – Sales Director

Steven has just under 20 years experience of working with clients across all sectors of business using intelligent technology to improve business results. He has significant experience with monitoring and information technology delivering real time management tools to improve customer experience, drive operational efficiencies and increase revenues. “In the current economic climate there are no second chances. iDraught provides our clients with a critical business application allowing you to grow your business with happy customers and increased margins”. I would now like to introduce you to the iDraught Business Management Team.

Scott West

Scott has over 15 years experience working in the on trade, undertaking a variety of management roles in both Sales and Training & Development. Scott is passionate about the industry, particularly regarding quality having worked for two of the leading worldwide brand owners. “Consumers are becoming increasingly discerning as to how they spend their leisure money and quality has to be the corner stone of any retailer offer”

Alison Martinez

Alison has just over 17 years experience in the licensed sector having worked for major operators such as J D Wetherspoon, Fullers, Bass, Punch Taverns and for the past 8 years at Brulines. Having held a variety of roles within the licensed trade from bar-maid to Business Development Manager she understands how important it is, to the success of a business, in having both outstanding quality and strong controls. Using her industry experience Alison has helped many of our customers deliver improved quality, and in particular supported them in using data to improve margins.

Mark Fewster

Mark has worked in various areas of the pub industry for over 10 years – Everything From working in a bottling plant for Samuels Smiths to working for Scottish and Newcastle Tech services (now Innserve), for the last 7 years Mark has worked in the dispense monitoring sector initially for Nucleus Data where he was both Audit and Operations manager. He is now responsible for the iDraught Support Team at Brulines where he has introduced and developed the iDraught system.

Tim Chapman

Tim has been working within the leisure & hospitality sector for 11 years and has 4 years experience within the data provision market joining Brulines in 2008. Tim was previously Commercial Manager for the Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers (ALMR) where for 6 years he operated some of the industry’s best events and managed the commercial income for the business. Tim has been integral to the development and evolution of iDraught right from its initial inception. He continues to manage key iDraught clients throughout the UK & Europe and is core to the iDraught development team.

Lee Sibary

A career as a professional rugby player prepared Lee well for the licensed trade. He has since cumulated 9 years of experience in the trade working with some of the UK largest pub companies. He has a detailed understanding of pub operations which allows him to deliver practical and high impact solutions for his customers.

Gareth James

Since leaving the British Army, Gareth has worked in the data provision sector most recently in the pub industry. At Brulines he has focussed on improving customer services, initially as head of the data audit department and for the last 5 years in customer facing roles in the commercial department. He has specialised in presenting meaningful and actionable information, helping all customers achieve the best ROI available to them.
